No Returns. No Exchanges.
All our products are handmade. We take utmost care that that each product passes through strict quality check before shipping out to you. However, to err is human.
If in an unlikely case, you receive a damaged product – as manufacturing defect or damage during delivery- please write to us and send the photos of the damaged goods via email to email@example.com within 2 days of the order receipt according to the shipping partner.
Only in such cases; you will receive a ‘Return Shipment Label’ from Shilpin. Please include this label in the packet and ship the product back to us. We will happily provide you a store credit/gift voucher of the amount only equal to the returned product.
During the Return process, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shilpin is not responsible for the damages caused due to washing, rough usage, exceeding weight limits or natural wear and tear.
An order cannot be cancelled after payment is processed.
