Colours, Fabrics & Dimensions

The weights, dimensions and capacities mentioned in the product description are approximate. The actual colour shade of the product will be little different than what you see on the display monitor of your computer, Laptop, Tablet and any Smartphone. This is because resolution of the display and the camera lights factor into the colour displayed on the website.

Warranty Disclaimer

Shilpin undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the products or that the products will be fit for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the product, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Shilpin disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.

Pricing Information

On this website,we strive hard to publish pricing information as accurately as possible. In the case, where a product is priced incorrectly, Shilpin reserves right to decline the sale of that product. In such cases , Shilpin may contact you for further instruction or cancel your order and notify the same. Unless the product is already shipped, Shilpin reserves right to modify the prices in running, at its sole discretion. Payment Terms and Financial Details

The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due stated at Checkout. The Buyer agrees that credit/debit card information provided during the transaction will be accurate and legal. You also understand that financial details submitted by you are directly received by our payment getaway partners and not stored by us. Shilpin will not be responsible for any credit / debit card frauds. The liability lies with the buyer if the transaction proves to be fraudulent and buyer is solely responsible to prove it otherwise, if & when needed. All information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy.

Customs, Duty Charges & Taxes

The recipient is solely responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from our website, the buyer is the importer on the records and is assumed to comply with all legal requirements if the importing country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We are not able to predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the recipient should contact their local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for the delays caused during custom clearance procedures.

Customs, duties and taxes may be collected from the recipient by the carrier after paying it to the local customs office on recipient’s behalf. Similarly, Octroi charges, as applicable, may be collected by the carrier from the order recipient.

Force Majeure

Shilpin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the contract to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event.

A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, which by its nature could not have been foreseen, or , if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party’s), failure of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or International calamity, armed conflict, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
